Host Home Provider

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Host Home Provider to join our team. As a Host Home Provider, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in a home-based setting.
Responsibilities- Provide daily care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home-based setting.
- Assist with personal care and hygiene, meal planning and cooking, medications, recreation, and leisure activities.
- Document the individual's progress and unusual events or occurrences.
- Communicate fully and promptly with our team about matters affecting the care or placement of the individual.
- Maintain all information and records regarding the individual in a confidential and privileged manner.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Training in the CAP Core Competencies.
- Valid driver's license, own reliable vehicle, and good driving record.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Comfortable with assisting residents with hygiene and medical routines.
- Outstanding organizational and people skills.
ResCare Community Living has four decades of experience in the disability services field, providing support to individuals who need assistance with daily living due to an intellectual, developmental or cognitive disability.
We offer a comprehensive range of high-quality services, including community living, adult host homes, behavioral/mental health support, in-home pharmacy solutions, telecare and remote support, supported employment and training programs, and day programs.
