Job Title: District Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The District Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Territory Managers in the selling of our products and services. This role requires a strong understanding of the foodservice industry, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Territory Managers to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and customer engagement
  • Provide coaching and training to Territory Managers to improve sales skills and customer relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of foodservice sales experience, with 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
