Job Summary:The District Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Territory Managers in the selling of our products and services. This role requires a strong understanding of the foodservice industry, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Territory Managers to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and customer engagement
- Provide coaching and training to Territory Managers to improve sales skills and customer relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of foodservice sales experience, with 2 years of supervisory experience
- Proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
