About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Based Mental Health Professional to join our team at Glade Run Lutheran Services. As a Family Based Mental Health Professional, you will play a critical role in providing intensive family-focused therapy to families with children who have diagnosed mental health conditions and are at risk for out-of-home placement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with families to provide support and education related to their individualized needs
  • Implement the Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy model to promote positive family dynamics and outcomes
  • Participate in agency and state-mandated trainings to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
  • Provide crisis intervention and on-call coverage as needed
  • Meet agency productivity standards and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in a relevant field (psychiatry, psychology, social work, nursing, education, rehabilitation, counseling, or human services)
  • Two years of experience in a CASSP system program or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to work evenings and/or weekend hours, including on-call emergency services
  • Access to a telephone and ability to remain organized in pressured situations
