**Humanitarian Project Lead Wanted**

Action Against Hunger USA is seeking a seasoned Humanitarian Project Lead to oversee and manage our humanitarian projects worldwide. As a member of our senior leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the organization's strategic direction and priorities.

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a master's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as international development, WASH-related studies, governance, or private sector development. At least 10 years of experience in research, technical expertise in humanitarian response, and project management of overall alignment, strategy, and execution across all partners and sub-partners are essential.

The ideal candidate will have significant leadership experience, with a minimum of five years of demonstrated leadership and senior managerial experience overseeing a team of cross-cutting expertise in support staff and/or consultants. Familiarity with all steps of project cycle management and USAID compliance requirements for cooperative agreements is also required.

**Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year**

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage humanitarian projects across multiple sectors, including WASH, food security, and nutrition.
  • Lead the development of project proposals, budgeting, and resource mobilization efforts.
  • Cultivate and maintain partnerships with donors, governments, and local stakeholders to advance Action Against Hunger USA's humanitarian agenda.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning among team members.
