Job Description:

The IT Project Manager Lead will be responsible for planning, establishing, and managing information technology projects. This individual will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of the organization.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
  • Develop proposals for assigned projects including project objectives.
  • Set and track project milestones; manage and account for unforeseen delays, then realign schedules and expectations as needed.
  • Establish and implement project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher required.
  • PMP certification required.
  • Skills:
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
