Job Description

The M Sphere Representative is a front-line position responsible for providing consistent, thorough information to all guests, ensuring accurate data is input and maintained within the Player Tracking System, promoting property amenities and promotions, and encouraging repeat business by providing outstanding service.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be expected to answer all questions about the property in a positive and complimentary manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate information to guests regarding the property, packages, special features, hours of operation, and all outlets of the casino.
  • Assist Marketing Department during outside promotional events such as festivals, trade shows, and conventions.
  • Promote the Miccosukee M Sphere rewards program, promotions, food operations, and events for multiple properties.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of one year experience in a guest service environment and fluency in English (verbal and written). Fluency in Spanish is preferred. You must also be able to frequently move freely about the property, maintain manual dexterity to operate job-related equipment, and withstand various activities such as frequent walking, sitting for long periods, and prolonged standing, stretching, bending, and kneeling without restriction.
