Job Description

The Guest Service Liaison is the front line for the Miccosukee Resort & Gaming experience. They are responsible for providing consistent, thorough information to all guests, ensuring accurate data is input and maintained within the Player Tracking System, promoting property amenities and promotions, and encouraging repeat business by providing outstanding service.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required; fluency in Spanish is preferred.
  • Minimum one year experience in a guest service environment.
  • Basic math skills required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Tribal Gaming License.
  • Must be able to frequently move freely about the property and withstand various activities such as frequent walking, sitting for long periods, and prolonged standing, stretching, bending, and kneeling without restriction.
