This role involves strategic planning, KPI development, financial analysis, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to promote a culture of safety across all business units.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement safety strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce.
- Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics.
- Lead safety initiatives to ensure a safe working environment for associates and customers.
- Develop and leverage internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for safety and develop process, standards, and policies to ensure the organization is meeting safety expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Safety, Business Administration, or related field and 2 years' experience in safety, automation, last mile delivery, or related field.
- 3 years' experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related area.
- Walmart experience in Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, or Finance, including at least 2 years' experience in a role requiring strategy development.
