Job Summary

ConocoPhillips is seeking a highly experienced Field Project Lead/Construction Lead to oversee the execution of various construction projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction operations, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite oversight and coordination of work activities, including facility construction, pipeline construction, and compressor installation.
  • Ensure compliance with Company safety policies, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with Projects, Engineering, Operations, Planning, and Scheduling teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Track daily progress, review and approve field tickets, and verify billing information.
  • Oversee materials receiving, acceptance, and installation at the site.
Requirements
  • Typically 15+ years of experience in construction operations and project management.
  • Proven track record of leading senior staff and adapting to changing business priorities.
  • Strong strategic and functional support skills, with ability to deploy resources to achieve financial and business objectives.
