Compensation and Benefits

Our HVAC Technicians / Installers receive a competitive wage ranging from $15.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience. This compensation package includes base pay, commissions, and bonuses. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401k, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, and sick leave, along with ongoing opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications for HVAC Technician / Installer
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • No felony convictions
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Do you enjoy hands-on work in the field, including ductwork, A/C services, electrical tasks, and drywall installation? If you take pride in your craftsmanship and maintain a professional demeanor, you may be an ideal candidate for this HVAC Technician / Installer role.

Work Schedule

The standard work hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with opportunities for optional overtime.
