Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care team at Providence Health & Services. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Texas Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year RN experience.
