- Operational Management:
- Oversee the comprehensive operations of the Human Resources Department, including a team of HR professionals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in HR management.
- Implement and evaluate service delivery methods, recommending adjustments to staffing and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate HR staff, fostering professional development and a high-performance culture.
- Work collaboratively with external providers to ensure effective delivery of HR services and programs.
- Policy Development and Compliance:

- Expectations:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field; a master's degree is highly preferred.

- Proven ability to think strategically while effectively managing day-to-day operational responsibilities.
- Higher education experience is highly preferred.
