Compensation: $15.00 based on experience, skill level, and relevant competency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective resolution of customer service issues.
- Engage with customers to facilitate payment collection and establish payment plans.
- Process contract forms and manage service records using computer systems.
- Communicate with customers via phone or in person to provide product and service information, manage orders, or address complaints.
- Respond to customer inquiries and inform them of claim investigation outcomes and adjustments.
- Calculate service charges, collect payments, and manage billing arrangements.
- Input quotes, create customer profiles, and maintain records in the cloud.
- Document customer interactions, inquiries, and actions taken in the management system.
- Prepare documentation for client renewals and new business.
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with effective communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Life and Health License preferred.
- Property and Casualty License preferred.
