About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team in the Laurel, MD area. As a key member of our Cyber Range team, you will be responsible for providing hands-on architecture and systems integration in support of operator training and customer environment simulation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide innovative solutions to difficult problems by working closely with mission operators and developers.
  • Lead Microsoft architecture design and build to satisfy replication of customer Microsoft architectures.
  • Perform a variety of systems engineering tasks centered on technical problem solving, requirements specification, process development, risk analysis, and solutions design.
  • Assist with identifying requirements and designing future iterations of primary analytic systems.
  • Identify new and existing products, technologies, and/or architectures to solve design, development, and operational problems.
Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree plus 12 or more years of relevant experience, or Master's degree plus 10 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Industry Certifications may count toward experience requirements and will be considered on a case by case basis.
  • Professional Engineering, Physics or Astronomy degree or a relevant professional technical field.
  • Systems Integration experience.
  • Windows Architecture (Azure, 365, etc) experience.
  • Windows Systems Administration experience.
