Sign-On Bonus:

This position requires prior experience in writing auto collision estimates using industry-standard estimating software such as CCC One, Audatex, or Mitchell. Eligible candidates may receive a $1000 sign-on bonus if they possess the necessary active licenses, which may include a Home Resident Property & Casualty License or an Appraiser License.

Role Overview:

As a Field Auto Damage Adjuster, you will be integral to our auto claims process, conducting estimates directly at customer locations, repair facilities, or towing services. Your responsibilities will encompass various interactions with customers and service providers, including in-person, virtual, and written communications, as you assess and finalize estimates. This role offers a diverse array of tasks, including repairable estimates, total loss evaluations, and virtual inspections, ensuring a stimulating work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Advocate: Embody Allstate's Claims Culture by demonstrating empathy and support throughout the claims process.
  • Investigator: Conduct thorough investigations of claims, reviewing damages and interpreting policies to ascertain coverage.
  • Effective Communicator: Utilize various communication methods to guide customers through a seamless claims experience.
  • Negotiator: Assess and negotiate settlements with various stakeholders, adhering to legal and business standards.
  • Problem Solver: Employ a range of tools and critical thinking skills to navigate a fast-paced environment.
  • Documenter: Maintain accurate records and documentation of claims, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 18 months of experience in auto collision estimating using CCC or Mitchell.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce comprehensive estimates.
  • Proficient in utilizing technology for claims processing.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

Licensing Requirements:

As a condition of employment, you may be required to obtain an adjuster and/or appraiser license within a specified timeframe after hiring. Our hiring team will assist you in securing the necessary licenses.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $59,250 - $90,500 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
