The Customer Experience Specialist, also referred to as a "Deck Ambassador," plays a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction at our swim school. This position is essential for ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all patrons.

Work Schedule:

This is a part-time role located in Ann Arbor, offering flexible hours that typically span weeknights and weekends, making it ideal for individuals balancing other commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and dismantle the pool deck area before and after each shift.
  • Monitor water quality and temperature prior to swim lessons.
  • Greet students and their guardians upon arrival.
  • Address inquiries regarding accounts, student progress, and program details.
  • Support swim instructors and management during lessons as needed.
  • Create and manage social media content to promote our services.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Professional demeanor and sense of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service (1+ years).
  • Certifications in Lifeguarding, First Aid, CPR, and AED (can be obtained during training).

Compensation and Benefits:
