We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team at The Groden Center, a leading organization dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. As a Nurse in our Residential/Day program, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our program members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing support to the residential and/or day programs, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations regarding health and safety.
- Monitor medication administration and on-going health status of program members.
- Ensure that the programs are compliant with state and federal regulations regarding health and safety.
- Monitor supervision and coordination of medical needs and the health status of program members.
- Assist and train staff in all areas of medical knowledge.
Requirements:
- Must maintain a valid Rhode Island RN licensure by the Rhode Island Department of Health.
- Minimum one year experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred.
