Join Our Team as a Certified Nurse Assistant

CNS Cares is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant to provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a direct care professional, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one patient care in a home healthcare setting
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care

Requirements:

  • Current license as a Certified Nurse Assistant in the state(s) of practice
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
