Job Summary

At HumanGood, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant Certified to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of residents' interests, needs, and preferences to create a personalized care plan.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents.
  • Assist residents with recreational activities, social events, and other programs designed to promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate or currently enrolled in a CNA program.
  • Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
