We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Terraces at Summitview - a HumanGood community. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
- Participate in resident care planning and implementation
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or currently enrolled in program
- Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
- New grads are welcome
- Competitive hourly rate: $18.50-$21.50 per hour, depending on experience and shift differentials
- Starting bonuses available for Evening Shift Team Members
- Full-time benefits, including 20 days of paid time off, 7 company holidays, 401(k) with up to 4% employer match, and more
- Part-time benefits, including medical benefits, 401(k), and cell phone plan
