Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Manager to join our team at Route 66 Casino Hotel. As a key member of our Risk Management department, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe work environment, promoting occupational health and safety programs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to minimize risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to educate employees on safety protocols and procedures.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with external agencies and consultants to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of safety training and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Business Management, or related field.
- OSHA certification and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
