The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, inventory, and distribution of supplies throughout the healthcare facility. This position requires proficiency in utilizing various computer systems for inventory management and data entry.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently receive, distribute, and replenish supplies and equipment across designated areas.
2. Maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring that supplies are readily available when needed.
3. Demonstrate a solid understanding of inventory control principles, including the ability to calculate and adjust par levels as necessary.
4. Oversee the delivery of incoming items and ensure accurate logging and tagging of supplies.
5. Conduct thorough cleaning and decontamination of patient care equipment, ensuring compliance with health standards.
6. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting staff as needed.


Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a related field.
- Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform various physical tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in using computers for inventory and supply management.

Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Nursing, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting with a comprehensive understanding of medical supplies and equipment.

Desired Skills:
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in the English language.
