Culinary Operations Director

We're looking for experienced culinary professionals to join our team at JPMorgan Chase's new global HQ. As a Senior Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading culinary operations in our vibrant Food Hall and Cafe, ensuring on-trend, efficient, safe, and sanitary food production. You will develop menus, manage inventory, and oversee staff development.

Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement culinary strategies to enhance the dining experience.
- Manage food costs, inventory, and purchasing.
- Create and maintain high-quality menu offerings based on market trends and seasonality.
- Lead and develop a team of culinary professionals.
- Promote corporate social responsibility, food seasonality, health and wellness, and high-quality culinary arts.
- Culinary degree preferred.
- 5 to 7 years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience in a high-volume operation.
- Experience with planning and managing catering events from a culinary perspective.
- Strong leadership skills and desire to work with an industry leader.
- Estimated salary: $125,000 - $145,000 per year.
