Position Description

Clinical Nurse Coordinator

GynOb Women’s Center

Shift: Full Time, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

At Emory Healthcare, we seek a skilled clinician with extensive experience in patient care and a deep understanding of specific patient populations. This role requires the application of knowledge, theory, research, and experience to adapt to evolving clinical scenarios.
  • Enhance the patient journey by ensuring a smooth navigation process from diagnosis through survivorship.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to triage, coordinate, and manage patient care effectively, serving as the primary contact for patients and their families while providing indirect care.
  • Support patients and families by addressing inquiries, offering emotional support, and resolving concerns throughout the care continuum.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN is mandatory.
  • A minimum of two years of nursing experience is required, with one year of case management preferred.
  • BLS certification is essential.
