Title: Executive Leader

Entity: CSS-Visitation Community Center

Status: Full Time

Reporting Structure: The Executive Leader will report directly to the Director of the CSS Youth Services Division.

The mission of the Community Center is to create a secure environment for the youth and children of Kensington, fostering significant relationships and providing access to essential resources that enhance the living standards within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and articulate a vision that aligns with the mission of the center;
  • Act as the primary representative of the Center, establishing partnerships with families, community stakeholders, civic leaders, and benefactors;
  • Oversee the daily operations to ensure they are conducted smoothly and efficiently by the Operations Director.

Core Functions:

  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, inspiring cross-functional teams to meet or surpass quality standards, competitive benchmarks, and performance indicators.
  • Foster collaboration between CSS Visitation Homes and Visitation BVM School.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Non-Profit Management, or a related discipline;
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
