Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Network Management Representative to join our team at Elevance Health. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive services to our provider community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal departments regarding provider issues that impact directory and participation status.
  • Research and resolve complex provider issues and inaccuracies to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Provide assistance with policy interpretation and research, analysis, and recommendation of resolution for provider disputes, billing issues, and other practices.
  • Assist providers with demographic changes and ensure timely processing.
  • Work directly with providers to verify demographic information in accordance with state mandates.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.
  • Experience in managed care/healthcare insurance industry, particularly in provider data, is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

The salary range for this position is $20.80 to $37.15, based on a number of legitimate, non-discriminatory factors set by the Company. The actual compensation will vary depending on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
