Job Title: Office Support Specialist

Vid Staffing is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our administrative staff, this role will provide essential support in various office functions, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties, including answering phones, greeting clients warmly, sorting and distributing incoming mail, operating office equipment, and assisting with filing and bookkeeping tasks. This role also involves scheduling meetings, preparing coffee or getting water for staff, and restocking supply closets with printing paper, ink, pens, paper clips, staplers, files, and folders.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones and greet clients warmly.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail.
  • Operate office equipment, such as photocopiers, scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
  • Assist with filing duties.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping duties.
  • Reroute calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Take and deliver messages.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be highly organized, able to multitask, and possess a strong attention to detail. Experience with office software and equipment is essential. A competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year is offered based on location.
