About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our health and wellness platform, you will be responsible for leading the launch, activation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our health and wellness initiatives for Old Dominion University.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campus Programming and Education: Develop and implement health and wellness programs, including tabling events, food samplings, cooking demos, lunch and learns, health fairs, and guest speaker events.
  • Food and Safety Oversight: Analyze ingredients, products, and recipes for localized menus and grab-n-go items to ensure compliance with U.S. FDA menu labeling laws.
  • Nutrition Consultations: Conduct one-on-one and/or group nutrition consultations for students, faculty/staff, and employees, applying Medical Nutrition Therapy and following the Nutrition Care Process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university or college in nutrition and dietetics.
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist credential with the Commission of Dietetic Registration and Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist status, if residing in a state with licensure requirements.
  • Food safety knowledge with ServSafe certification.
