Registered Dietitian

The Registered Dietitian is a key member of the Aramark team, responsible for leading the development and implementation of health and wellness programs on campus. This role requires a strong understanding of nutrition and wellness principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement health and wellness programs for students, faculty, and staff, including nutrition education, fitness classes, and stress management workshops.
- Collaborate with campus partners, including the culinary team, marketing department, and student organizations, to promote healthy eating and lifestyle choices.
- Provide nutrition counseling and education to students, faculty, and staff, including one-on-one consultations and group workshops.
- Conduct food safety audits and provide training to campus staff on food handling and preparation procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest nutrition and wellness research and trends, and incorporate this knowledge into program development and implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field.
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Food safety certification, such as ServSafe.
- At least one year of experience in a related field, such as K-12 education, higher education, or food service.
