Job Description

PNC is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our Healthcare Business Banking organization in Indianapolis, IN.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with new and existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
  • Work with clients with basic levels of risk and complexity of needs, with a higher degree of supervision.
  • Acquire and expand client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
  • Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
  • Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and existing clients.
  • Identify and mitigate different types of risk, such as regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
  • Focus on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs and financial well-being.
  • Build an effective network of internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
  • Present the full range of PNC's products and services to clients.
  • Leverage reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • University/college degree, with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
  • Desirable skills: Book of Business, Client Relationship Building, Credit, Credit Products, Customer Engagement, Decision Making, Financial Analysis, Identifying Sales Opportunities.
  • Competencies: Business Acumen, Client Relationship Management, Customer Experience Management, Decision Making and Critical Thinking, Effective Communications, Prospecting, Selling, Tech Savvy.
