Job Summary:

The Program Director will be responsible for overseeing the recovery program, providing strategic leadership, and implementing policies and procedures to achieve program goals. You will lead a team of 7 staff members and be responsible for maintaining licensing, record keeping, and staff onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee 2 Sober homes, ensuring compliance with regulations
