Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at the State of Minnesota. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work collaboratively with our rehabilitation director and other occupational therapists to provide evidence-based, innovative occupational therapy services to our clients.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and experience working with children and adolescents with serious behavioral and emotional conditions. You will be responsible for planning and implementing occupational therapy interventions based on the assessment, evaluation, client goals, current best practice, and clinical reasoning.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing occupational therapy services to clients with a variety of needs and abilities
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals
  • Developing and implementing occupational therapy interventions to meet client needs and goals
  • Documenting all occupational therapy services provided
