Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and fostering a dynamic and diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to ensure smooth and functioning branch operations.
  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, career fairs, and networking events.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment and selection process.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize the staffing process.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and staffing management, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Recruitment Experience: Possess proven experience in recruitment and staffing, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Recruitment Strategies: Demonstrate a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Recruitment Software: Possess proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.
  • Employment Laws: Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • HR Certification: Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
