Job Title: Branch Manager

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead our National Branch Network team. As a key member of our Consumer, Small and Business Banking division, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

As a Branch Manager, you will:

  • Coach and develop a diverse team of direct and indirect reports to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Lead a customer-centric approach, focusing on building strong relationships and delivering personalized experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to improve banking processes and implement solutions to enhance customer convenience and adoption of digital banking.
  • Mentor and guide talent development, including hiring and coaching direct reports.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to deliver a seamless customer experience and drive business results.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports.
Desired Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Management experience, including building and inspiring a team.
  • Ability to analyze performance, understand strengths and opportunities, and execute a plan to drive business outcomes.
  • Experience in coaching across customer segments, including affluent, high net worth, and small business.
  • Knowledge and understanding of banking industry laws and regulations, compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention.
