Requirements:

  • Customer service oriented with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Sales experience in a retail or beauty industry setting is preferred
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work flexible days and hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
