Your Role
As an early Sales Director at PermitFlow, you'll work closely with our Head of Sales to bring our cutting-edge solution to general contractors, builders, and developers. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading and managing a high-performing team of account executives.
  • Hiring top talent to join our team.
  • Ensuring the team hits revenue and sales performance metrics, driving efficient scaling.
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales development to optimize pipeline generation.
  • Developing coaching and training programs for the sales team.
  • Maintaining accurate sales forecasting and inspecting KPIs to meet targets.

Requirements & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
  • B2B software sales expertise, including experience selling 5-6 figure ACV contracts.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for solving complex technical problems.
  • The grit to persevere and achieve goals.
  • A learner's attitude, with a desire to build a deeper understanding of underlying problems.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Proven success in the construction industry.
