Job Title: Behavior Technician

Akoya Behavioral Health is a leading organization dedicated to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, implementing individualized treatment plans and providing support to help them achieve their goals. You will work closely with our clinical team to monitor progress, collect data, and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans using the principles of ABA
  • Provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes
  • Collect data and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to make adjustments to treatment plans
  • Provide regular updates to parents and caregivers
Requirements
  • High school degree or higher
  • Preferably a portion of or complete bachelor's degree in child development, psychology, or early education
  • RBT certification in good standing preferred
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Passion for working with children
  • Reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
