Role Overview:
As a Lead Office 365 Solutions Architect at Saxon Global, you will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive suite of Office 365 applications, ensuring optimal functionality and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support the full range of Office 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and other emerging tools.
  • Possess a solid understanding of O365 security and compliance features, including mailbox searches, legal holds, retention policies, and eDiscovery tools.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the capabilities of Office 365 and collaboration tools such as OneDrive, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Collaborate with various business units to assess and promote the adoption of new Office 365 features and related services.
  • Ensure the maintenance of thorough documentation to support ongoing operations and business continuity, including system architectures and disaster recovery plans.

Microsoft Azure/Intune Expertise:
  • Demonstrate experience with Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS), including device enrollment in Intune, profile setup, and application deployment.
  • Understand Intune app protection policies independent of mobile device management solutions.
  • Have a working knowledge of Azure functionalities such as SSO, App registration, and Conditional Access.
  • Comprehend SAML authentication processes for Single Sign-On (SSO).
  • Manage Azure Active Directory for Office 365 identity and directory synchronization.

General Duties:
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis and provide support for issues related to Exchange and Office 365.
  • Independently troubleshoot and resolve issues in real-time, ensuring comprehensive problem resolution.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities as needed.
  • Automate tasks related to Exchange and Office 365 to enhance efficiency.
  • Act as the System Administrator and Subject Matter Expert for Email Services and Office Applications.
  • Possess a foundational understanding of on-premise Exchange and SharePoint.

Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience in similar roles.
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
