IS&T IT Services is seeking a proficient Microsoft PowerApps and Power BI Developer with SharePoint Administration expertise to enhance our client’s operational capabilities. The successful candidate will have substantial experience in PowerApps, Power BI, and Office 365, focusing on transforming existing InfoPath forms into PowerApps, creating new applications, and ensuring seamless data integration across multiple platforms. This role demands a self-motivated individual capable of immediately contributing to business intelligence reporting, application development, and database management.

Key Responsibilities:

PowerApps Development:

  • Redesign and convert approximately 30 InfoPath forms into PowerApps within the Office 365 environment.
  • Create new PowerApps applications from scratch and transition existing Excel-based solutions.
  • Ensure applications are optimized for mobile devices and desktop use.
  • Integrate PowerApps with SharePoint Office 365 lists; current integration does not include Dayforce or Oracle.

Power BI Development:

  • Develop and sustain business intelligence reports.
  • Link PowerApps data with Power BI to formulate comprehensive reporting frameworks.
  • Transform Excel data into Power BI dashboards and Office 365 components.

SharePoint Administration:

  • Migrate around 40 InfoPath forms from SharePoint 2016 to Office 365.
  • Oversee and maintain SharePoint lists and libraries, ensuring high performance and data accuracy.

Data Integration:

  • Utilize SharePoint lists or SQL databases as backend support for PowerApps.
  • Establish API connections to various data sources and backend systems.
  • Collaborate with the Automation Team to meet the growing demand for new applications and data integration.

User Interaction and Support:

  • Engage with end-users to collect requirements and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing PowerApps and Power BI solutions.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of users on new tools and applications.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft PowerApps, Power BI, and SharePoint Office 365.
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365 security protocols and best practices.
  • Experience in transitioning InfoPath forms to PowerApps and integrating with SharePoint lists.
  • Proficient in SQL databases and API connection creation.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Office 365 security.
  • Background in developing automation solutions.
