Our client, a prominent player in the property management sector, is in search of a meticulous Property Finance Manager to supervise the financial activities of their real estate portfolio. Key Responsibilities of the Property Finance Manager:

  • Oversee accounting operations, including rent collection, accounts payable and receivable, as well as bank reconciliations.
  • Generate and interpret financial statements and budgets.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting regulations and lease contracts.
  • Maintain precise financial documentation and manage vendor billing.

Qualifications of the Property Finance Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in property accounting.
  • Expertise in accounting software (such as Yardi, QuickBooks) and proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and property management practices.

The Property Finance Manager position is fully onsite with a competitive salary range based on experience.
