We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Real Estate Agent to join our team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty & Stouffer Realty. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, building strong relationships with them, and helping them achieve their real estate goals.
Key Responsibilities- Network with other real estate professionals to market your home listings and stay updated on the local real estate market.
- Communicate effectively with all clients on a regular basis and represent them during real estate negotiations and transactions.
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases.
- Show a desire to forge connections and build trust with individuals and provide excellent customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Experience in customer service and sales.
- Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Coach you through the licensing process for becoming a real estate agent.
- Provide you with training and support for best practices within our local real estate market.
- Offer you a flexible schedule so you can have a healthy work/life balance.

While a real estate license is not required to apply, you must obtain a real estate license before officially being hired. To earn a real estate license, you will need to complete real estate classes (online or in-person) offered by an accredited learning institution and pass a state licensing exam.
