Core Responsibilities
- Facilitate the transfer of luggage to and from shuttle buses as passengers arrive and depart.
- Guide travelers along the designated pathways into the terminal or onto shuttle buses.
- Adhere to all safety, security, and quality protocols established by SP+ Transportation and regulatory agencies.
- Provide assistance to customers within the facility as directed by management.
- Address customer concerns independently or with the support of a supervisor.
- Maintain a professional appearance and ensure compliance with uniform standards throughout scheduled shifts.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while handling baggage for travelers.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or facility management.

Work Environment: The characteristics of the work environment include:

- Moderate to high exposure to vehicle emissions.

Physical Requirements: The physical demands necessary to perform the essential functions of this role include:
Regularly required to use hands and fingers for communication and interaction. Frequently required to sit, reach, stand, and walk. Must be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. The ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds is essential. Quick movement and specific vision abilities, including close vision and peripheral vision, are also required.
