  • Oversee the management of backroom and sales floor areas, assessing priorities and addressing business gaps.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and monitor their performance.
  • Conduct audits to maintain food inventory and ensure compliance with business plans.
  • Stay informed about competitive trends and leverage guest feedback to enhance business outcomes.
  • Work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, to meet business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards for any applicable food service areas.
  • Lead organizational changes and adapt to evolving store trends.
  • Actively develop and coach team members, anticipating staffing needs and fostering talent.
  • Establish a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management.

Qualifications:

  • A four-year degree or equivalent experience.
