Role Overview: The Food & Beverage team is dedicated to ensuring that guests enjoy a fresh, fully stocked, and safe shopping experience at all times. This team is responsible for managing food and beverage operations, including inventory accuracy, food safety, product presentation, and promotional signage across all related store areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance overall store sales and demonstrate how your team contributes to store profitability.
- Model exceptional guest service standards and guide your team to maintain a fresh and safe shopping environment.
- Foster a service-oriented culture, training and coaching Team Leaders to meet service expectations.
- Promote a culture focused on food safety by training and validating team adherence to safety standards.
- Implement efficient operational strategies to support sales initiatives.
- Utilize workload planning tools to manage scheduled tasks, ensuring readiness for guests at all times.
- Oversee the management of backroom and sales floor areas, assessing priorities and addressing business gaps.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and monitor their performance.
- Conduct audits to maintain food inventory and ensure compliance with business plans.
- Stay informed about competitive trends and leverage guest feedback to enhance business outcomes.
- Work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, to meet business needs.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards for any applicable food service areas.
- Lead organizational changes and adapt to evolving store trends.
- Actively develop and coach team members, anticipating staffing needs and fostering talent.

Qualifications:
- A four-year degree or equivalent experience.
