Job Summary

The Bartech Group Inc is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to lead the development and implementation of innovative technical activities and solutions in the areas of Business Plan, New Model, and Mass Production. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing efficient processes to meet or exceed Safety, Environment, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale characteristics targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative technical activities and solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve quality and productivity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize process improvements and implement changes to meet business needs.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Develop and manage budgets to achieve cost targets and ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills in manufacturing processes and operations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
