We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Engineer to join our team at Agility Fuel Systems LLC. As an MES Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving the energy transformation by ensuring seamless integration of MES with existing ERP and automation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop real-time monitoring solutions to optimize production processes and minimize downtime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing workflows
- Analyze data and report findings to stakeholders
- Maintain and update MES documentation and work instructions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software/computer engineering, or engineering (mechanical or industrial, preferred)
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven experience delivering technical solutions in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of programming languages (E.g., SQL, Python, Java, Visual Basic, or R) and relational database structures
- Implementation knowledge of off-the-shelf MES systems such as Rockwell PLEX FactoryTalk and Ignition SCADA
- Familiarity of business intelligence or reporting tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
