Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Hexagon Agility is a leading global provider of clean fuel solutions for commercial vehicles and gas transportation systems. Our product offerings include natural gas distribution systems, composite natural gas cylinders, and fuel systems that transport clean gaseous fuels and enable vehicles to reduce emissions while saving operating costs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop solutions for problems related to new and existing products, processes, materials, equipment, and testing.
  • Participate in the execution of projects and present findings in written reports and verbally in a group setting.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor projects within stated performance guidelines.
  • Interact with personnel on technical matters and work as a team member with other Manufacturing Engineers and Technicians.
  • Help build processes and controls, and write work instructions to support the manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Agricultural.
  • Knowledge of material and process development, manufacturing and design of composites, design for cost and manufacturability, and failure mode and effects analysis.
  • Regulations, codes, and standards, hydraulics and pneumatics, industrial sensors, and knowledge of how to instrument and use data acquisition.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk eight hours per day and carry up to 20 pounds, and occasional travel, both domestic and international.
