Job Title: Human Resources Manager

At Talnt, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
  • Serve as a key advisor to management, providing guidance on HR best practices, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Oversee talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development programs.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a fair and timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate and confidential maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to leadership on employee turnover, satisfaction, and other key indicators.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management or a related HR leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficient in HRIS software and other HR management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
  • Experience in change management and organizational development.
  • Background in managing HR functions within a fast-paced or global organization.
  • Demonstrated success in fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
