Job Summary:

As a Restaurant Operations Manager at Culver's Restaurant, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of ethics and providing leadership, direction, and opportunity to the True Blue Crew to ensure that every guest who chooses Culver's leaves happy. This role requires a results-driven individual with one to two years of leadership experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run shifts effectively with daily deployment sheets to ensure quality products, excellent guest service, and restaurant cleanliness while maintaining labor and food costs.
  • Follow and implement restaurant policies and procedures effectively, holding team members accountable for their actions and/or behaviors.
  • Ensure the accurate completion and follow-through of all food safety practices and employment law compliance, promptly communicating any questionable behaviors or infractions with the General Manager.
  • Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members as a coach and mentor to promote team member growth and the development of a high-performing team.
  • Routinely monitor and coach team members on safety best practices related to the Culver's hazard communication program and workplace safety.
  • Perform restaurant opening and closing procedures effectively.
  • Perform and understand managerial functions with the POS system.
  • Be responsible for restaurant cash management.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for shifts based on current restaurant sales.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper follow-up of visitation and full field reports, including but not limited to cleanliness, hospitality, and ground appearance.
  • Perform any other miscellaneous job duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Ability to foster and encourage open communication, teamwork, and cooperation.
  • Results-driven with one to two years of leadership experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Stand for long periods of time without sitting.
  • Walk fast-paced during shifts. Bend, reach, and stoop.
  • Lift/carry 10 lbs or less constantly; lift/carry 11-20 lbs frequently; lift/carry 21-50 lbs occasionally; lift/carry over 50 lbs rarely.
