Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect comprehensive financial data to facilitate the development of tailored financial plans.
  • Input client information into financial planning tools.
  • Organize and prepare documentation for client consultations.
  • Participate in client meetings to review financial plans, document updates, and establish subsequent steps.
  • Utilize financial insights to propose solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with specialists and partners to address client needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Continuously monitor and revise client information and financial plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of either Series 7 and 66 licenses or Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses; must secure all state registrations as required by the Financial Advisors.
  • Compliance with SAFE ACT Registration.
  • Maintain a Form ADV -2B, which outlines professional experience and educational background.
  • CFP or CPWA designation is preferred, or the candidate must obtain and maintain at least one firm-approved designation.
  • Strong understanding of how to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of Wealth Management products and services.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with specialists and across business lines.
  • Robust analytical abilities to identify trends and develop strategies for growth and risk mitigation.
  • Ability to make informed decisions based on a deep understanding of financial planning best practices.
  • Proven experience in identifying client needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a specialist role or equivalent industry experience.
