As a Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will collaborate with highly skilled healthcare professionals and some of the leading critical care nurses in the field.

Your role will involve working under the general supervision of a Registered Nurse, performing routine patient care tasks, bedside assistance, and documenting care provided.

* Duties include assisting with bathing using basin-less bath products, providing oral hygiene, feeding, and hair care.


  • Responding to patient calls and delivering services promptly to enhance the patient's physical well-being.
  • Engaging in hourly patient rounds.
  • Assisting in the transportation of patients to and from various treatment areas when necessary; aiding transport staff in moving patients in and out of stretchers and wheelchairs.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of various instruments and equipment, including bedpans, urinals, and wheelchairs.
  • Keeping patient rooms clean and organized, including making beds.
  • Maintaining stock levels of supplies and equipment as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience (3+ years).
  • BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
  • Hospital experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant, or experience in a related field such as a medical assistant or as an actively enrolled nursing student. Nursing students may be considered as nurse assistants if approved by the State Practice Act.
